About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect to lead the design and development of scalable automation solutions. In this role, you will architect systems, write high-quality code, and guide development teams through the full project lifecycle.

You will work closely with Creative, Business, and Technology teams , making high-level architectural decisions related to system design, data storage, integrations, and AI-driven automation. This role also involves mentoring developers and ensuring engineering excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Design scalable architectures and automation solutions.
- Develop and review high-quality code while ensuring best engineering practices.
- Define coding standards and enforce code quality across the project codebase.
- Establish project scaffolding, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Debug complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis.

Project Delivery

- Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.
- Estimate development tasks, timelines, and complexity.
- Manage software releases including code updates, client demos, and QA handoffs.
- Define component interfaces and system integrations.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Provide technical coaching and guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams,



and client stakeholders.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and team development initiatives.

Process & Collaboration

- Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
- Document architecture, processes, and project learnings.
- Share knowledge through training, workshops, and internal initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with offshore and onshore teams.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6–10 years of experience in software development or architecture.
- 3+ years of experience leading development teams .
- Strong expertise in React and contemporary front-end development frameworks .
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python .
- Proficiency with Relational (SQL) and Non-Relational (NoSQL) databases .
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture .
- Advanced experience with GitHub for version control and code management .
- Experience integrating AI components and automation workflows .
- Proven track record as a technical team leader .
