About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Development, Snowflake, Informatica, and Data Governance. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise-scale data solutions, support data modernization initiatives, and ensure adherence to governance, quality, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities Oracle, Snowflake & Informatica (70%)

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using Oracle, Snowflake, and Informatica.
- Develop complex SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, packages, and performance-tuned database objects.
- Build and support ETL/ELT pipelines across enterprise data platforms.
- Lead data migration and modernization initiatives to Snowflake.
- Optimize database and warehouse performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Support release management and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.





Data Governance (30%)

- Implement and enforce enterprise data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
- Drive Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Data Stewardship initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in architecture reviews and governance forums.
- Establish governance frameworks across Oracle, Informatica, and Snowflake environments.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Database Development, or Data Warehousing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Extensive experience with Snowflake Development and Administration.
- Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter/IICS.
- Experience implementing Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Lineage practices.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of database security, compliance, and enterprise data management.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, or Microsoft Purview.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud services.
- Experience in Oracle-to-Snowflake migration projects.
- Relevant Snowflake, Informatica, Oracle, or Data Governance certifications.
