We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with solid hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, solution design, integrations, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce solution design and development.
- Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
- Design and implement REST and SOAP integrations.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Support releases, deployments, and production issues.
- Lead technical discussions and design reviews.

Required Technical Skills

- Apex, LWC, Aura Components, and Visualforce
- SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Triggers




- Salesforce security and sharing model
- REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON, and XML
- Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub, Jira, and VS Code
- Azure fundamentals
- Python knowledge preferred

- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Industries/Vlocity
- Enterprise integrations
- Insurance or Financial Services domain experience
- Agile/Scrum methodology

Experience and Leadership Requirements

- 8–12 years of software development experience
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience
- Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams
- Relevant Salesforce certification(s) required
