Job Purpose

Design, architect, and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions that solve complex business problems while leading engineering initiatives across multiple client engagements. Drive the adoption of modern Machine Learning, MLOps, and Generative AI technologies to build intelligent, production-ready applications with high performance, reliability, and scalability.

Who you are:

- 8+ years of software development experience with 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning/AI systems.

- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role, driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and leading technical initiatives.

- Strong expertise in Python, Object-Oriented Programming, SQL, and REST/gRPC API development using FastAPI or Flask.

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or XGBoost.

- Experience building, training, evaluating, and deploying Machine Learning models into production.

- Strong knowledge of MLOps tools including MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or dbt for experiment tracking, workflow orchestration, and model lifecycle management.

- Hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

- Experience working with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, or Milvus.

- Experience deploying AI/ML workloads on AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience working in software services, consulting, or product engineering environments delivering solutions for multiple clients.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
