Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects.

- Design, develop, review, and maintain scalable and secure applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, DevOps, and

business stakeholders.

- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best development practices.

- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and technical estimations.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality software development processes.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technology and processes.

- Ensure application performance, security, and reliability standards are met.

- Support deployment, release management, and production monitoring Skills &

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.





- 6+ years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, or related technologies.

- Experience with modern frameworks, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.

- Valuable understanding of databases, system design, and software architecture.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced Qualifications :

- Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to AI/ML, data engineering, or enterprise applications is an added advantage.
