We’re looking for an experienced Technical Designer & Pattern Maker to help bring our women’s activewear designs to life.

Responsibilities

- Create production-ready tech packs (BOM, construction details, graded specs)
- Develop, modify, and grade patterns for stretch/performance fabrics
- Conduct fit sessions and implement fit corrections
- Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure accurate production

Requirements

- Experience in women’s activewear or performance apparel
- Robust knowledge of stretch fabrics and garment construction
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Optitex, Gerber, or CLO 3D
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of fit and garment development
