As a seed-stage startup that has grown 4X year-over-year, we're looking for ambitious talent to join our journey. Responsibilities:

- Perform daily and weekly reporting activities and provide updates to the Manager.
- Generate detailed technical reports on candidates and conduct in-depth report analysis.
- Review reports, discuss findings with the panel, and provide constructive feedback for improvements.
- Handle escalation cases, identify root causes, and propose optimal resolutions.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet all assigned deadlines.



Requirements:

Technical

Skills

Extensive knowledge of at least one programming language.

Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Hands-on experience with at least two technical projects involving diverse tech stacks.

- Communication and Management:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in managing multiple stakeholders effectively.

- Problem-Solving Abilities:

Strong analytical, debugging, and incident management skills. 4.

Qualifications

Ability to dedicate 9 hours per day for work.

Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Stipend -12k per month timings- 11 am to 8 pm, 6 days a week
