Position Details
Role:
Technical Consultant - Entuity Developer
Location:
Pune
Working Days:
Monday to Friday (WFO), Alternate Saturday working.

Department:
NMS Network Management System
Reports To:
Practice Manager
Responsibilities / Role Overview:
- Deploy, configure, and manage Entuity Network Analytics at enterprise scale
- Monitor routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and load balancers
- Configure polling, thresholds, alerts, dashboards, and reports
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for network and performance issues
- Integrate Entuity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
- Monitor via SNMP, ICMP, Syslog, and REST APIs
- Integrate and monitor SD-WAN controller platforms
- Design and implement API-based data ingestion and automation
- Tune alerts to reduce noise and improve monitoring efficiency
- Support capacity planning, SLA reporting, upgrades, and health checks
- Collaborate with Network, NOC, and Infrastructure teams
Experience
4-8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- 4–8 years of experience in Network Monitoring / Network Operations
- Strong hands-on experience with Entuity (mandatory)
- Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, SNMP, VLANs, Routing & Switching)
- Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
- Experience with multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto, F5)
- Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods
- Hands-on scripting experience (Python preferred)
- Working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
Nice to have:
- Hybrid / cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Exposure to other monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, Netcool, Dynatrace, Thousand Eyes)
- ITIL, SD-WAN, or Cisco/Meraki certifications
