The selected partner will become a core member of the founding team and play a critical role in shaping the product, technology strategy, engineering organization, and long-term growth of IdentityIn.

This role offers significant equity participation with long-term value creation potential. Your Mission

You will lead the complete technology vision and execution of IdentityIn, including:

Define the overall technology architecture and product roadmap. Build and launch the MVP platform. Develop scalable cloud-native architecture. Integrate AI-powered career intelligence capabilities. Build secure user authentication and identity management.

Design recommendation engines and intelligent matching systems. Lead full-stack development across web and mobile platforms. Establish engineering best practices, DevOps, and CI/CD. Build and mentor future engineering teams.





Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security. Drive technology innovation aligned with business strategy. Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership

Own the complete technology vision. Select technology stack and architecture. Make strategic product and engineering decisions. Build a scalable engineering culture.

Product

Development

Translate business vision into product features. Collaborate closely with the founding team. Build an intuitive and engaging user experience. Prioritize rapid iteration and customer feedback. AI & Data Strategy

Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

Large Language Models (LLMs) AI Agents Recommendation Systems Generative AI Semantic Search Career Intelligence Models Knowledge Graphs Machine Learning Pipelines Platform Development

Preferred experience in

React / Next.js Flutter or React Native Node.js / Python PostgreSQL MongoDB Vector Databases AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Docker Kubernetes REST APIs GraphQL Strategic Partnership

As a founding partner, you will:

Participate in strategic business decisions. Contribute to investor discussions. Shape product-market fit. Help build strategic partnerships. Support fundraising initiatives. Influence long-term company direction. Who We're Looking For An ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of technology leadership experience. Startup or entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience building SaaS platforms.



Strong expertise in cloud architecture.

Experience leading engineering teams. AI/ML product development exposure. Strong product thinking. Ability to work with ambiguity. Passion for solving meaningful career challenges. High ownership and execution mindset. Previous startup experience is highly preferred but not mandatory.
