Role Description The Technical Co-Founder will lead the end-to-end technical direction and implementation of SaaS platforms, POS systems, and automation tools for client businesses. This full-time on-site role in Chennai involves architecting and developing scalable systems, overseeing code quality, and selecting appropriate technologies and infrastructure. The role includes collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps, managing a small engineering team or external partners, and ensuring timely delivery of reliable, maintainable products.

Co-Founder will participate in product strategy, contribute to technical sales discussions, and continuously optimize performance, security, and scalability across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to design scalable architectures, solve complex technical problems, and make data-informed decisions.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with founders, clients, and cross-functional teams, including clear documentation and technical explanations.
- Sales-related capabilities to support technical pre-sales, product demos, and client conversations, aligning solutions with business needs.
- Marketing awareness to translate technical features into value propositions and support product positioning for SaaS and digital solutions.
- Research skills to evaluate technologies, tools, and frameworks, and to stay updated on best practices in SaaS, POS, and automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with contemporary web and mobile development stacks, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and scalable database design.
- Background in building or scaling SaaS products or complex B2B systems; prior startup or founding experience is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Any Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
