What You Will Be D oing:Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI solutions across our enterprise SaaS platforms, leveraging expertise in large language models (LLMs), agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and evaluation framew orks.Integrate AI capabilities into existing and new products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance of AI-driven feat ures.Provide technical oversight and conduct thorough analysis of AI-related requirements, ensuring optimal architectural quality and alignment with Cvent’s paved road.Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and project management teams to define AI solutions that meet business objectives and enhance user experi ence.Document and deliver training on AI systems, promoting re-use of AI tools and technology across the com pany.Engage with 3rd party vendors to negotiate AI features and pricing, ensuring favorable terms for C vent.Contribute to the automation needed for continuous deployment of AI solutions,



and build tools that enhance developer producti vity.Act as a key contributor in defining AI best practices and standards, while providing technical guidance across various departm ents.

What You Will Need for this Pos ition:

12+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in AI technologies, including LLMs, agents, RAG systems, and eval fram eworks.Proven experience with Java, Typescript, AWS & CDK/CloudFor mation.Strong coding and development skills with a broad understanding of technology, including algorithms, data structures, persistence technologies, and ne tworks.Exceptional technical communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI systems to diverse aud iences.A track record of leading by example, solving complex problems, and providing mentorship to junior deve lopers.

Preferred Qualifi cations:Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI platforms within an enterprise setting.Familiarity with cloud strategy and AI architecture, particularly on AWS.Ability to make strategic technology decisions with a long-term vision (4-10 years),specifically in AI domains.Experience in conducting due diligence and technical integration for AI-related mergers and acqui sitions.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and gain support for AI ideas and solutions across the organ ization.Experience presenting at company-wide meetings and external conferences, serving as a technology figurehead for AI init iatives.
