About The Role We are seeking a curious and motivated Junior Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in documenting our software solutions, ensuring that end users can easily understand and utilize our product features. Collaborating closely with product consultants, developers, QA teams, and fellow technical writers, you will create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that enhances user experience and supports our clients’ operational needs.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, or related disciplines. A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technical writing, with a proven track record of producing comprehensive documentation, is essential.



Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in technology and the software development lifecycle, along with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.

Familiarity with agile development processes, AI tools, and documentation tools like Paligo or Snagit is preferred. Excellent written communication, editing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are critical. Candidates should also be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong analytical skills, inquisitiveness, and a proactive attitude towards learning and process improvement are highly valued.

Responsibilities Write, edit, and maintain comprehensive software documentation including user guides, release notes, onboarding materials, and training content to ensure clarity and usability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as software architects, engineers, developers, QA, and consultants to gather technical information, clarify details, and translate complex concepts into accessible documentation.

Adhere to internal documentation standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all content.

Organize and structure content logically, focusing on clarity, ease of navigation, and user comprehension.

Identify content gaps and areas for improvement to enhance the overall quality and completeness of documentation.

Participate in peer reviews, incorporate feedback diligently,



and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all documentation materials.

Support the software development process by participating in retrospective meetings, technical demonstrations, and testing features for documentation accuracy.

Conduct internal tests of features, document findings, and provide constructive feedback to development teams to facilitate continuous improvement.

Evaluate and recommend tools or processes that can streamline documentation workflows and improve efficiency.
