Role Description The Technical Head is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune, responsible for overseeing all technical and operational aspects of product sourcing, quality control, and export processes.

This role leads the technical team in developing and implementing quality assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements for agricultural commodities and eco-friendly products. The Technical Head coordinates with manufacturers, farmers, and logistics partners to optimize production workflows, packaging specifications, and shipment readiness.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring product performance and feedback, resolving technical issues,



improving process efficiency, and supporting new product development and certifications. The role also involves close collaboration with commercial and customer service teams to address technical queries, prepare documentation, and maintain reliable, timely delivery to global clients.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in agricultural commodities, food products, or eco-friendly tableware, including production processes, quality parameters, and international standards.
- Experience in quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance within export or international trade environments.
- Skills in process optimization, technical operations management, and coordination with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.
- Ability to analyze technical data, prepare technical documentation, and manage certifications and audits.
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
- Prior leadership experience in a technical or operations role, preferably in agri-exports, food manufacturing, or sustainable products.
- Comfort with on-site work, frequent field visits, and hands-on engagement with production and quality teams.
- Knowledge of international trade practices and familiarity with global market requirements is an advantage.
