Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support.
- Resolve customer queries and provide solutions effectively.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document and update customer information in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes.
Skills and Qualifications - Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
