To know more connect on: www.xlplusplus.com About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical technical Lead with robust expertise in Microsoft Excel and SQL. The ideal candidate should have experience in analyzing large datasets, generating business insights, creating dashboards and reports, work on automation flows, and working closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large volumes of business data using Microsoft Excel and SQL to generate meaningful insights and support business decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance reports for various business functions.
- Utilize advanced Excel features including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, conditional formatting, and Macros (preferred).
- Extract, manipulate, validate, and analyze data using SQL, including writing queries, performing joins, aggregations, and data validation.
- Clean, reconcile,



and ensure the accuracy and consistency of data from multiple sources.
- Understand business processes and reporting requirements in a tleast one domain as Supply Chain/Financial Services/Banking
- Configure and Perform Solution demos
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Present analytical findings, trends, and business insights to stakeholders and management to support strategic decision-making.
- Optimize reporting processes and continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–6 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Business Analytics, & Automation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Power Pivot, advanced formulas, and data analysis.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data validation.
- Experience in developing, maintaining, and automating MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports.
- Exposure to business domains such as Supply Chain, Financial Services, Banking, Retail, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
