About the Role The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and support scalable business growth.

As a Tech Consultant, you will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to recommend and implement technology solutions, evaluate system performance, and ensure the platform remains secure, reliable, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and recommend effective technology solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable software solutions.

Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for performance optimization and automation.

Support the architecture and integration of web, mobile, and backend applications.

Coordinate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.

Manage third-party integrations, including payment gateways, GPS/location services, mapping APIs, and communication platforms.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, security, and reliability.

Assist in cloud infrastructure planning and optimization.





Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance requirements, and best development practices.

Prepare technical documentation, solution proposals, and implementation plans.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for business growth.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Solution Design, Software Development, or IT Consulting.

Experience working with mobility, transportation, logistics, e-commerce, or similar technology-driven businesses is preferred.

Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, and software integration.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications.

Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is an advantage.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
