Internal Job Posting (IJP) – Project Manager / IT Manager – Online/Digital Credit Cards

Department: Credit Card-Marketing HO

Location: Mumbai

Grade: M2 to M4

Reporting To: Outbound/Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of Credit Card business and technology projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external partners.
- Track project progress and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
- Prepare project status reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support implementation of new products, features, process improvements, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and project governance standards.

Skills Required

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.




- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, IT, Management, or related discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience in Project Management, IT Delivery, Business Analysis, or related roles.
- Banking, Credit Cards, Payments, or Financial Services experience preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Credit Cards, Payments, Digital Banking, or Fintech domain.
- Vendor management and cross-functional project coordination.
