JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for supporting financial control operations, including monitoring transactions, processing payments, and maintaining compliance with tax and reporting obligations.

Qualification & Experience





- CA with 0 3 years of experience supporting Finance Controller in F&A; operations, tax compliance, audits, and senior stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Finance Controller in managing end-to-end Financial Accounting (F&A;) operations, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Support in the periodic Business Review by promoters and shareholders
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis in line with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.
- Handle Income Tax and GST planning & compliance, including review of return filings, reconciliations, assessments, notices, and coordination with tax consultants.
- Manage and coordinate Statutory Audits and Internal Audits, including review of audit schedules, documentation, and closure of audit observations.
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder management, coordinating with ABEX, GCC, and Chairman s Office for financial data, reports, and strategic requirements.
- Assist in strengthening process controls, compliance frameworks, and audit readiness across finance operations.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis, management reporting, and special finance initiatives as assigned.
