Role & responsibilities

- Ensure implementation of QED improvement philosophies in coordination with Head QED.
- Implement process standards for incoming material & final product.
- Assist appropriate functions in dealing with external & internal non-conformance including customer complaints.




- Lead the team in execution, evaluation and maintenance of QED initiatives.
- Develop and align the QMS and implement the improvement process based on findings.
- Conduct and manage internal QMS audits.
- Liaise with external parties to ensure successful system audit.
- Coordinate QMS certification process for Units.
