Bhagirath KIA is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead and motivate a team of Sales Consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer handling abilities, and a proven track record in automobile sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, inquiries, test drives, and customer follow-ups.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Coach and train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and dealership processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with KIA dealership standards and company policies.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).




- 3–6 years of experience in automobile sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Team Leader or Senior Sales role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Valid Driving License.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in a KIA dealership or any passenger vehicle dealership will be preferred.
