- Manage and monitor the daily activities of the electronic Banking operation team working on IMPS, UPI, Cards (Rupay & VISA - domestic and international) BBPS and ATM transactions

- Ensure the team completes settlement, reconciliation and dispute processes accurately and on time

- Strong knowledge of credit card settlement processes for Rupay and Visa

- Support process improvement and automation initiatives to reduce manual work

- Guide team members, resolve escalation and maintain high-quality standard in daily work

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities and ability to present complex information clearly

- Continuously monitor team performance, identify gaps and drive improvement

- Ability to prepare process notes and BRDs present them to stakeholders and obtain approval in timely manners

- Provide training and groom team members for skill development and growth opportunities

- Build a positive work environment focus on accountability, accuracy and continuous learning
