Review & Documentatio - nReview loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with credit and program guidelines

- .Collect, validate, and organize borrower documentation such as financial statements, tax returns, ownership records, and insurance papers
- .Identify and reconcile inconsistencies across documents (e.G., ownership details, revenue figures, entity names, and addresses), escalating discrepancies when required
- .Prepare loan files for underwriting submission and closing using standardized checklists and quality control measures .2. Team Leadershi - pLead, mentor, and manage a team of loan processing and origination specialists
- .Set transparent performance expectations and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality output
- .Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment .3. Loan Origination & Processin - gOversee the end-to-end loan origination and processing lifecycle
- .Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and credit guidelines




- .Monitor loan pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain turnaround times .4.

Collaboratio - nCoordinate with Sales, Underwriting, and Closing teams to address documentation gaps and ensure smooth file progression

- .Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on credit operations matters .5. Compliance & Quality Assuranc - eEnsure all loan documentation meets regulatory and internal compliance standards
- .Stay updated with industry trends, lending laws, and regulatory changes
- .Partner with compliance teams to maintain adherence to policies and procedures .6. Reporting & Performance Managemen - tTrack team performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
