- Provide day to day support for production applications and environments.
- Work with databases (SQL, Oracle, PLSQL) to identify and fix data related problems.
- Utilize Linux commands and scripting for system monitoring and issue resolution.
- Analyzing production issues and coordinate with vendors for patch management and ensure patches are applied as per guidelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of changes and fixes implemented in production.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
