Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA Job Responsibilities Lead and manage a team handling pre-sales and post-sales operations.

Monitor team performance and ensure daily productivity targets are achieved.

Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance.

Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.

Prepare and maintain performance reports and MIS.

Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to company policies.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the Real Estate industry.

Hands-on experience in both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales processes is mandatory.

Robust leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Ability to handle targets and customer escalations effectively.
