Job Details:
- Position: Team Lead – RTR (Record to Report)
- Experience: Minimum 6 Years in RTR
- Team Lead Experience: Minimum 1 Year on Paper (Mandatory)
- Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
- Shift: US Shift
- CTC: 30% Hike on Last Drawn Salary (Up to 12 LPA)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the RTR (Record to Report) operations team
- Handle end-to-end General Ledger (GL), Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Month-End Closing activities
- Ensure timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Review financial reports, reconciliations, and journal entries for accuracy
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and SLA adherence
- Handle client escalations and collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Conduct team coaching,
performance reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Drive process improvements, compliance, and operational excellence
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls
