Job Title: Team Lead – International BPO (US Healthcare)

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Salary Range: ₹6 – ₹8 LPA

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Position Overview: We are seeking a Team Lead with prior experience in managing teams in an International BPO setting, preferably in the US healthcare domain . The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of driving performance and ensuring process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of customer service executives or agents.
- Monitor and drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs/SLAs.
- Handle escalations and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.




- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to maintain service quality.
- Ensure process compliance and handle client interactions as needed.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Lead in an International BPO.
- Exposure to the US healthcare process is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Proficient in handling escalations and performance metrics.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US shift timings).
- Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
- Candidates currently in Pune or willing to relocate to Hinjewadi, Pune preferred.
