Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Physician Billing (PB) / Hospital Billing (HB) to lead and manage a team handling the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Denials Management, Team Leadership, and Client Management while ensuring productivity, quality, and service level targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team handling Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB) processes.
- Monitor daily productivity, quality, attendance, and SLA adherence.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), insurance follow-up, denials management, appeals, underpayments, and collections.
- Review and improve key performance metrics such as First Pass Resolution (FPR), Clean Claim Ratio (CCR), Net Collection Rate (NCR), Gross Collection Rate (GCR), and Aging.
- Conduct daily team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Analyze operational reports and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Manage client interactions, resolve escalations,



and provide regular performance updates.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and payer-specific regulations.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Required Qualifications

- 6–10 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in Physician Billing (PB) or Hospital Billing (HB).
- Strong expertise in AR, Denials Management, Appeals, Insurance Follow-up, and Collections.
- Proven experience in team handling and client management.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
