Role & responsibilities

- Managing Microsoft Administrator for 6000+ user across 9 campuses.

- Oversee LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, switching, routing, and internet connectivity.

- Delivered end-to-end IT infrastructure support across the organization.

- Manage Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers,

- Coordinated hardware/software upgrades & installations.

- Managed system files, inventory, and ensured adherence to SOPs.

- Supported system efficiency through continuous monitoring & updates.

- Monitor logs, incidents, and respond to security threats.

- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

- Handle escalations and critical incidents.

- Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, cloud, and security systems.

- Coordinate with the school team to collect data and prepare reports.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-8 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or digital learning enablement.

- Experience in the education/school sector preferred.
