Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of home appliance field technicians.
- Allocate daily service calls and monitor technician productivity.
- Ensure timely installation, repair, and maintenance services.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
- Monitor team performance and achieve service KPIs.
- Coach, train, and motivate technicians to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and customer support teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Service Supervisor, or Field Operations Lead.
- Experience managing field technicians is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service setting.
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
