Role Description The Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore, responsible for supervising and guiding a team to meet performance, quality, and service delivery targets in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role involves planning and allocating daily work, monitoring team metrics, coaching and mentoring team members, and resolving operational issues.

The Team





Lead will collaborate with management to implement process improvements, ensure adherence to client requirements and company policies, and prepare regular reports and updates on team performance. The position also includes conducting team meetings, supporting training initiatives, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated team leadership skills, including people management, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and management.
- Experience in BPO or related service industries such as data entry, customer service, telemarketing, or e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in basic office tools, reporting, and documentation to track metrics and prepare performance summaries.
- Ability to analyze workflows, identify process improvements, and implement result-oriented strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven ability to work on-site in a structured environment, managing shifts and operational priorities.
- Comfort with working in a diverse, inclusive team and adapting to changing client and business requirements.
