Role Description The Team Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar.

The Team

Lead will oversee a team of associates, set clear performance goals, and ensure daily operational targets are met. This role includes monitoring key metrics, guiding team members through complex customer and supplier interactions, and resolving escalations promptly.

Responsibilities also include coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative, customer-centric work environment.

Qualifications Leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and mentoring.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data, identify process improvements, and manage escalations.

Operational and organizational skills for managing workflows, setting priorities, and meeting daily and monthly targets.

Customer service and relationship management capabilities, with a focus on supporting buyers and suppliers in a B2B environment.

Familiarity with digital platforms, online marketplaces, and basic business operations;

experience in B2B or e-commerce is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in a team lead or supervisory role preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, with adaptability to a fast-paced workplace and commitment to ethical, inclusive workplace practices.
