Job Summary The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage team dynamics, and a focus on achieving organizational goals through strategic planning and execution.

Duties And Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.

- Conduct regular visits to doctors and chemists to build and maintain professional relationships.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.

- Prepare and present reports on team performance and market insights to management.





Qualifications And Requirements

- 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

- Proven experience in team handling and management.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including doctor and chemist interactions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
