Looking for a Position - Team Lead -Business Process Controls (BPC) with ITGC (IT General Controls)

Location: Bangalore (Hebbal)

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Business Process Controls (BPC) testing and SOX compliance activities.
- Perform risk assessments, walkthroughs, control design, and operating effectiveness testing.
- Review key business processes including P2P, O2C, R2R, Inventory, Tax, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
- Work on IT General Controls (ITGC) such as Access Management, Change Management, Computer Operations, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Minimum experience of Lead a team of 35 members and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Business Process Controls (BPC).




- Hands-on experience in SOX / ICFR / Internal Controls.
- Exposure to ITGC will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), or Consulting.
- Positive understanding of COSO Framework and Risk & Control Matrix (RCM).
- Strong stakeholder management and team handling skills.

Preferred Background:

- Big 4 / Consulting firms / Global Capability Centers / MNCs.
- Manufacturing, IT, Pharma, Retail, Telecom, Engineering, FMCG, or Shared Services experience preferred.
- Candidates from the Banking sector are not preferred.
- Preference for male candidates.
