Key Responsibilities
- Supervise passenger service agents during shifts.
- Ensure smooth check-in and boarding operations.
- Handle passenger escalations and service recovery.
- Monitor airline service standards and compliance.
- Coordinate with airline representatives and airport stakeholders.
- Prepare operational and performance reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3–6 years of passenger service experience
- Prior team handling experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
