Requirement

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Candidate should have a network of existing clients and corporates with strong relationships.

Detailed understanding and knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, and its growth and profitability drivers.

Should have excellent team management skills.

Certification in NISM and CFP is an added advantage.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and take it to closure by working along with the Operations and Sales backend team.

Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of clients.

Must be self-motivated, versatile and able to manage several jobs at one time.

Willingness to dwell in Start-up Culture.

Roles and responsibilities

Managing the organization's existing clients, including any service-related, operational or sales-driven requests. Moreover, drive new business from our existing clients for various financial services Monitoring and leading the entire team. Moreover, resolving internal conflicts and boosting the team's morale Needs to connect with people through phone, emails, chat, screen-sharing and social media platforms in an engaging manner for their financial planning Acquire and retain HNI clients and achieve budgeted targets in terms of clients and AUM To * Achieve revenue in terms of income generated through various financial planning solutions conduct and assist in organizing seminars and other business development activities Setting their team's goals and communicate them effectively.

Location: Dwarka Sector 16 Experience: 4+ Years of Experience Education:

- UG: Any Graduate PG: PG Diploma - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - CFP, XA, XB, XXV-B are preferred.
