Role Description The Teacher Trainer – Preprimary will design and deliver training programs for preprimary educators to implement Next Education’s curricula, pedagogy, and classroom resources effectively. On a day-to-day basis, this role will conduct workshops and demonstration classes, support lesson planning, and provide feedback and mentoring to teachers to enhance classroom practices and student engagement.

Trainer will collaborate closely with school leadership and academic coordinators to align training with institutional goals and standards, and will document training outcomes to refine content and methodology. The role also involves preparing training materials, conducting needs assessments, and offering ongoing academic support, both during and after training sessions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with practical experience in preprimary or early childhood education.

Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design and deliver structured, outcome-focused teacher development programs.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present, facilitate discussions, and provide clear feedback to diverse educator groups.

Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related fields;

certifications in teacher training or preprimary education are an advantage.

Demonstrated experience conducting teacher workshops, familiarity with school curricula and assessment practices, and comfort with using educational technology tools in training sessions.

Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple training engagements, and willingness to travel within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region as required.
