Job Role: Citrix Administrator

Location: Chennai

Experience: 6-12 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments.

- Manage Citrix infrastructure components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, and Citrix Gateway.

- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management of Citrix servers.

- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of Citrix services.

- Troubleshoot user access, application delivery, and virtual desktop-related issues.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams for seamless operations.

- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices.

- Prepare technical documentation and maintain operational procedures.





Required Skills

- Strong experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop).

- Hands-on experience with Citrix ADC/NetScaler.

- Valuable knowledge of Windows Server Administration.

- Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms.

- Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and networking concepts.

- Experience in performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting Citrix environments.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
