Summary Position Summary Tax Technology Services Consultant II Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited supports multiple Deloitte Tax LLP U.S. service lines through technology-ena bled delivery capabilities in India. In this role, you will support tax transformation initiatives by helping design and implement SAP-based data and reporting solutions that improve how tax data is sourced, modeled, and consumed. The role sits at the intersection of tax, technology, and business process design, with a focus on SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4HANA, and connected data environments.

Work you'll do As a Tax Technology Services Consultant II on the Tax Technology Services team, you will be responsible for: Designing and implementing semantic data models in SAP Datasphere using business layer and analytical modeling capabilities

Building and maintaining data pipelines for ingestion, t ransformation, harmonization, and synchronizatio n of data from SAP and non-SAP source systems

Creating and optimizing tables, views, transformation s, replication flows, task chains, and SQL-based views within SAP Datasphere

Developing Core Data Services (CDS) views for data extraction from SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) environments

Collaborating with tax, technology, and broader project stakeholders to align solution design with business requirements and downstream process flows The team The Tax Technology Services team helps clients modernize tax operations through technology-ena bled t ransformation. The team works across tax, data, and enterprise platforms to support scalable solutions that improve reporting, data accessibility, and process efficiency. Professionals in this group collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver solutions that align tax requirements with broader enterprise system design.

Bangalore, Gurgaon Shift Timings: Regular Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

3-6 years of experience in SAP development with hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA modeling, or SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW)

Experience using SAP Datasphere Data Builder and Business Builder to create tables, views, transformation s, business entities, and semantic models

Experience creating Core Data Services (CDS) views for data extraction from SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP Central Component (ECC)

Experience working with replication flows, remote tables, data flows, task chains, and SQL-based views

Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) development environments

Experience with at least one SAP analytical product or SAP data warehousing product Preferred: Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (SAP BDC)

Experience with Open Data Protocol (OData) services

Experience configuring data access controls and authorization models in SAP Datasphere
