Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Tax Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Paid Assistant, CA Ex-student, and CA Articles. The role involves handling direct and indirect tax matters, including tax planning, tax compliance, and tax preparation for individuals and organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and filing tax returns, assisting in tax assessments and litigation, supporting statutory and tax audits, and preparing working papers and documentation.

Team members will research tax laws and regulations, prepare reports and opinions, coordinate with clients and authorities,



and support senior professionals in advisory assignments. The role also includes contributing to internal process improvements, maintaining accurate records, and meeting deadlines in a structured professional environment.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in tax planning and tax preparation.

Candidates should possess solid tax compliance skills and familiarity with practical tax procedures.

Candidates should possess a good understanding of tax law and general tax concepts.

Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CA Inter, or enrollment as CA Articles;

experience in a CA firm is an advantage.

Solid analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data.

Proficiency in MS Office and tax/accounting software; ability to learn new tools quickly.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple assignments, and adhere to timelines and compliance requirements.
