Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers (job seekers & employers) Pitch and sell premium services/subscription plans of the job portal Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly in Tamil Generate leads and convert them into paying customers Follow up regularly to close sales opportunities Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM Achieve daily, weekly,
