Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Tally Operator with 6 to 12 months of experience in basic accounting and data entry. In this role, you will support our finance team by recording daily transactions, generating customer invoices, maintaining ledgers, and organizing financial records using Tally Prime / Tally.ERP 9. Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Transaction Recording

Record daily entry vouchers in Tally, including Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Payments, and Journal Vouchers.

Maintain clean and accurate customer, vendor, and inventory ledgers.

Track basic inventory stock movements, inward/outward registers, and delivery challans. Invoicing & Cash Flow Support

Generate timely GST-compliant sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

Cross-check purchase bills received from vendors against purchase orders.

Assist in updating account receivable/payable trackers and sending statements of account to clients. Reconciliation & Documentation

Perform routine bank reconciliations (BRS) with supervision.





Organize and file physical and digital financial documents (bills, receipts, vouchers) for easy access.

Assist senior accountants during monthly closings and audit preparations.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience in Tally operations or basic accounting tasks.

Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or completed a certified diploma in Tally/Accounting.

Skills

Practical knowledge of Tally Prime or Tally.ERP 9.

Basic command of MS Excel (data formatting, easy formulas, list management).

Taxation Awareness: Basic familiarity with GST rates, HSN codes, and invoice requirements.

Core Competencies: Good typing speed, high accuracy in numerical data entry, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on interview performance) How to Apply
