Team: Trendweave (Mitgo Group) Trendweave is a creator-commerce platform from Mitgo Group (the company behind Admitad). We help Instagram fashion creators turn their content into income through automated DM links to India’s leading fashion marketplaces — and we’re building a network of talent managers who find and grow those creators.
The role: You don’t need to be an influencer-you need an eye for them. As a Talent Manager, you discover promising fashion creators on Instagram, invite them to Trendweave, onboard them, and mentor them to their first earnings. In essence, you build and manage your own roster of creators — and your income grows with it. You focus on people; Trendweave handles the rest: advertisers, tracking, statistics and payouts.
What You'll Do
- Spot fashion creators (5,000+ followers) with engaged audiences and reach out with a friendly pitch
- Onboard them to the platform via your personal referral link
- Train and coach your creators using real performance data from your dashboard: what to post, what converts, what to improve
- Grow a roster that generates recurring results — for the creators and for you
What We Expect
- You’re active on Instagram and can tell a promising creator from a pretty feed
- Confident, friendly communication in DMs and on WhatsApp (English or Hindi; regional languages a plus)
- Self-driven: this is a versatile remote role — 1–2 focused hours a day is a solid start
- No prior experience required — students, homemakers, SMM freelancers and career-switchers all welcome
