As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will support our Teacher Talent Partnerships initiative by building and maintaining relationships with colleges, teacher training institutes and other teacher talent sources across India, and coordinating closely with our Campus and Lateral Recruitment teams.
We are looking for
- 1 - 5 years of experience in Recruitment / Campus Relations / HR Operations / Partnerships / Business Development
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Good coordination, follow-up and Excel/Google Sheets skills
