Role Description The Talent Manager will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with digital creators and influencers, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned talent. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves overseeing talent portfolios, negotiating brand deals, and aligning campaign opportunities with each creator’s long-term goals.

Day-to-day activities include coordinating with brand and campaign teams, reviewing briefs, ensuring deliverables are met on time, and monitoring performance across social platforms.

The Talent

Manager will handle contract discussions, maintain accurate records of projects and revenue, and support talent with strategic advice on content, positioning, and market opportunities.



The role also includes staying updated on industry trends, identifying emerging creators, and contributing to internal processes that improve talent experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Experience in talent management, influencer relations, or artist management, with the ability to nurture long-term professional partnerships.
- Strong skills in negotiation, contract handling, and deal structuring to secure fair and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Proficiency in campaign coordination, project management, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and creator-led campaigns, including basic analytics interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, in office environment in Mumbai, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, advertising, media, or entertainment sectors is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
