Role Description This is a full time, on-site Talent Manager role based in Noida.

The Talent

Manager will oversee day-to-day talent relations for content creators and influencers, including onboarding, contractual coordination, and ongoing relationship management.

Responsibilities include identifying and nurturing new talent, aligning creators with suitable brand campaigns, and supporting them in content planning and professional development. The role involves collaborating closely with internal campaign, social media,



and event teams to ensure smooth execution of influencer projects and brand collaborations.

The Talent

Manager will also track performance metrics, manage communication between creators and clients, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented environment for the talent community.

Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in talent relationship management, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution.

Candidates should possess skills in influencer marketing, campaign coordination, and brand collaboration management.

Candidates should possess skills in social media trends analysis, audience insights, and basic performance reporting.

Candidates should possess skills in organization, time management, and multitasking in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Relevant qualifications include prior experience in talent management, influencer or media agencies, or entertainment industry roles.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media studies, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
