Job Summary About the team & role:
Rubrik's Talent Development & Inclusion team is looking for a contractor to run the operational engine for TD&I; in India. You'll own the day-to-day execution and operational infrastructure behind global TM and TD programs, from event production, new hire experience, compliance training, LMS administration, to AI-enabled workflow improvements, Partnering with COEs and HRBPs around the globe, you will support our global team’s strategy and implementation. You will partner closely with the global TD&I; team, while being an on-the-ground person our India HRBPs and Rubrikans can count on to get things done with excellence.
Familiarity with performance management and broader talent processes is strongly preferred. This is a six-month engagement built to prove out a high-functioning operating model for TD&I; in India. While it's an execution role, it needs real maturity - someone who can anticipate problems, protect leadership's time, and make the operation feel polished under shifting priorities.
CONTRACTUAL ROLE: (6 months) What you’ll do?
Event & Program Production: Act as event producer for in-person and virtual TD&I; events (Development Days, manager capability sprints, and site-level events), owning logistics end-to-end and delivering a polished learner experience.
New Hire Experience & Onboarding: Serve as Day 1 Ambassador. Manage the facilitation calendar across regions, coordinate logistics, and draft content refreshes for approval; facilitate Bangalore NHO sessions in rotation with other facilitators.
Compliance Training: Own global compliance training execution - enrollments, monitoring, and reporting, keeping automations (already in place) and dashboards accurate and delivering communications.
Platform & Content Operations: Act as primary LMS administrator for TD&I;: upload and maintain content, manage enrollments, troubleshoot issues, and surface platform capabilities and pain points. Maintain and rationalize TD&I; content across our intranet and related platforms (e.g. Docebo and Confluence), partnering on overall information architecture.
Systems & Process: Own operational maintenance of the learning inbox and support the transition to Jira (or other tooling), ensuring clean intake and tracking of requests. Document and continuously improve standard operating procedures to reduce rework and enable the team to scale.
Experience you'll need
4+ years of experience in L&D;/Talent Development operations, program or event production, or HR operations in a fast-paced, global company.
Hands-on LMS administration experience (Docebo or similar) - content management, enrollments, reporting, troubleshooting. A track record of owning compliance training, execution, and reporting.
Experience producing in-person and virtual programs at scale.
Comfort owning an inbox or ticketing system and building clean intake processes.
Genuine AI literacy - you look for ways to automate and streamline operational work, not just use AI to be more productive personally.
Calm, steady execution under shifting priorities, with an instinct for what's about to go wrong.
Strong written communication, comfortable drafting comms and content for leadership review.
Based in Bangalore, able to work on-site 2-3 days per week for events and new hire orientation facilitation.
Nice to have: prior experience in Current Hire orientation or onboarding operations specifically, and experience partnering with a US-based team across time zones.
