The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, and following up with candidates for IT and Non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, resume databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review and evaluate resumes against job descriptions and client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, availability, location, compensation, and work authorization.
- Maintain and continuously develop a solid candidate pipeline.
- Present qualified candidates to clients in a timely manner.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain an active talent pool.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Work closely with Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and Delivery Managers.
- Stay updated on US staffing terminology, employment types, market trends, and recruiting practices.

Required Skills




- 1+ years of experience in US IT / Non-IT Staffing or Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment and staffing process .
- Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of US employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099 is preferred.
- Good understanding of US time zones and geography.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems is preferred.
