What you will do:





- Source and build talent pipelines across LinkedIn, Instahyre, and other sourcing channels.
- Leverage Boolean and X-Ray search techniques, referrals, and market mapping to identify high-quality talent.
- Build and nurture relationships with campuses, and placement cells to drive campus hiring initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate outreach, recruitment analytics, and workflow automation while learning how modern HR teams use AI to scale hiring.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, emerging talent pools, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Create dashboards and reports to support data-driven hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication and seamless coordination throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

What we are looking for

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
- Passion for talent acquisition and people strategy.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards or data analysis is an added advantage.
- Curiosity to explore AI tools, automation, and modern recruitment technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced startup environment.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and eager to take ownership.
