ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating successful hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies to attract top talent across various functions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?





- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records,
- Facilitate salary discussions, extend offer letters, and collaborate with HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

- Candidates with a year of recruitment experience, with prior experience in healthcare hiring being preferred.
- Candidates in Bangalore, or ready to relocate to Bangalore will be preferred.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Be a proactive team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Bring enthusiasm and a genuine interest in connecting with people, identifying talent, and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
