Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for the endtoend hiring of technology talent: understanding role requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding.
- Experience building talent pools/pipelines for critical roles (e.g., developers, DevOps, data, cloud).
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, databases, and events; build Boolean searches and run outreach campaigns for passive talent.
- Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.

Preferred candidate profile * At least 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing.

* Excellent english communication skills.

* Robust sourcing, screening, and negotiation abilities.

* Knowledge of US tax terms as W2, C2C, and 1099 is preferred.

* Work on IT and NON-IT niche and super niche requirements.
